    Very good

Location is perfect. Close to everything.

The hotel is very popular for city breaks, stag parties and so on and there is a slight musty or stale smell about the place. It was also very overpriced. We paid 170 euro for one night in a budget hotel. Perhaps this is symptomatic of overpricing in Galway during the summer in general but it wouldn't entice me back.

    Fabulous

The staff made our stay at Jurys Inn. They really are so helpful and friendly. I have stayed in so many hotels that look for any opportunity to rip you off but Jurys Inn was completely different. One of us was sick on the 2nd day and we decided to get a take away. Jurys Inn supplied plates and knives and forks. The rooms are basic but pristine. The location is superb. There isn't a better located hotel in Galway city.

My one fault was the fact that there is no ice machine and you have to go to the bar for ice which is a bit of a pain!!

    Good

    Location

Snotty receptionist - the lady on desk had a "I don't really care" attitude. decor has not been updated in at least 10 years (a bit dingy)

    Very good

Went away to Galway for the weekend with the girls. Perfect location bar and restaurant in hotel. Rooms was small for the 3 of us but was grand for the weekend. Room was clean and not too noisey we had a nice view of the river.

Room size and car park thought we would get a nice reduction in the car park next door but the car park on the keys was 4 euros cheaper for the weekend and was just a short walk away

    Fabulous

The young woman at the front desk was tremendous! She was very polite, friendly and extremely helpful. At the drop of a hat she was there to answer questions, call dinner reservations and make us overall feel comfortable and informed of Galway's attractions. I believe her name was Shannon and my party and I wanted to thank her again for her wonderful service!

As for the rooms, they were very clean and neat, however much smaller than the pictures appeared online. It was fine but very minimal. I was expecting a bit more for the price, but it couldn't beat the location!

Convient for shopping. Nice new decor in the bedroom.

    The bar. It lacks atmosphere.

It was exactly what we wanted for the visit to Galway

Near many heritage locations including the Claddagh. The city buildings are amazing and the museum is great. There is traditional music nearby in Sean Ui Neachtains. Brilliant location.

Bath a little small. Heating not very responsive. Payment required for car park.

    Very good

excellent location, great breakfast, helpful staff

Their triple room doesnt exist! So be very careful if you are booking for three adults. This was most frustrating and disappointing to discover on our arrival ( after planning our trip so well in advance ). But the staff were helpful in trying to sort out the problem ( although at a large extra cost to us)

    Superb

location, cleanliness, no hassle, residents bar.

the price, little steep for the current climate, at 62.50 pps per nite, without brekky. and the car park is a tenner a nite too, so its a bit much to be honest.

    Value for money and location

Could not get service in the bar so left and went to The Quays. And the price of wifi is way too high.

    Fabulous

Freindlines of staff, the cleanliness and what a great location

The wifi did not work in the room I stayed in. And this was a major issue as I had to complete work by the folllowing morning before a meeting, and ended up having to do some of it in the bar area - not a very satisfactory solution. And the real clincher was that this is one of the few hotels where you have to pay for it !!!
